Do you offer a warranty on your electronic components?
Yes, all Eolas Prints hardware and electronic components come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for 3D printing filaments?
We accept returns on unopened and vacuum-sealed filament spools within 30 days of purchase. Due to the hygroscopic nature of the material, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are found to be defective.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Are your filaments compatible with all 3D printers?
Our filaments are manufactured to a high tolerance of +/- 0.02mm and are compatible with most FDM printers that use 1.75mm or 2.85mm diameter materials.
